20% discount is offered for current NHS, fire service, police and armed forces employees only. It is the                   responsibility of the patient to give valid and adequate proof (deemed by the Osteopath) at their appointment that they are an employee of the aforementioned services. You may be asked to provide your ID at subsequent appointments in order to continue receiving this discount.

Reward scheme stamps will only be received when payment on non-discounted appointments are made in full

The Osteopath cannot back-date stamps on loyalty cards, or replace stamps if a card is lost/stolen

It is your responsibility to submit your loyalty card for stamping at each appointment

The Osteopath has the right to refuse discounts if they believe vouchers, ID, or reward stamps to be forged
